TÜRK BANKACILIK SEKTÖRÜNDE ÇALIŞANLARIN İŞ TATMİNİN ARAŞTIRILMASINA YÖNELİK BİR ÇALIŞMA

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türk bankacılık sektöründe çalışanların iş tatminin incelenmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Minnesota İş Tatmini ölçeğinin kısa formu kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama aşamasında e-anket tekniği kullanılmış olup; örnek kütle 485 gözlemden meydana gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada açıklayıcı faktör analizi (AFA) ve parametrik olmayan hipotez testleri uygulanmıştır. AFA neticesinde dışsal iş tatmini, içsel iş tatmini ve yönetici tutumu faktörleri türetilmiştir. Çalışmada uygulanan parametrik olmayan hipotez testleriyle de türetilen faktörler açısından sırasıyla cinsiyet, çalışılan banka statüsü ve kıdem yılı grupları arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, is to examine job satisfaction of bank employees in the Turkish banking sector. For
this purpose, a survey was conducted with 485 bank employee. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and nonparametric
hypothesis tests were applied with the obtained data. As a result of EFA, including these three
factors, extrinsic job satisfaction, intrinsic job satisfaction and supervision were obtained. In terms of the
dimensions of job satisfaction, the relationship between gender, bank types and years of experience groups were
examined with applied non-parametric hypothesis testing.
